Pearla Pilates Programmes
Gloucestershire based, Pearla Pilates programmes are designed to support you in achieving your individual goals, from that first step on your exercise journey, to taking your fitness regime to the next level.
Pilates can also support you through injury or surgery recovery and rehabilitation, as well as helping with the management of long-term conditions.
Pearla Pilates offers group classes and 1:1 sessions for adults of all abilities and there's no upper age limit!

Group classes
Pearla Beginners
Designed for beginners with no prior experience of Pilates and no fitness level or flexibility required. You just need to be able to do gentle exercise on a floor mat in the standing, sitting and lying positions.
Those with some experience who would like to join are also very welcome.
Pearla Beginners is a great way to start your Pilates journey in a relaxed, friendly and fun environment where you can meet new people as well as learn a new skill.
Just wear something comfortable you can move in, grippy socks are recommended, and please bring your own Pilates/yoga mat and a couple of small hand towels and a small cushion or pillow in case you need extra support for some of the exercises.
To gain the most benefit from your Pilates experience, it is highly recommended you attend the hour-long classes on a regular basis and ideally once a week for several consecutive weeks to start to feel and see a difference. However, if you are unable to attend every week, don't worry, it's better you come when you can than not at all.
One complimentary class will be offered for every ten classes attended.

Attendance at a group class must be confirmed in advance and payment received to secure your place - please email to book.
Participants must be aged 18 and over and need to complete the participation questionnaire provided, and if needed, obtain the necessary medical consent.


1:1 Sessions
If you'd prefer to do Pilates at your own pace and in the comfort and privacy of your own home, 1:1s sessions are the perfect option for you.
1:1 sessions are 1 hour long and designed around your experience, ability and goals.
It is highly recommend these sessions are scheduled at least weekly to gain maximum benefit from your Pilates programme which will be tailored to your individual needs.
Please note 1:1s require payment in advance to secure the booking and clients must complete a participation questionnaire prior to commencing Pilates, and if required, obtain necessary medical consent.
